The Jordan Family

Building a legacy,
on purpose.

We're Tyler and Madison Jordan. We build businesses that create real value, invest the profits into experiential real estate, and do all of it to raise a strong, capable next generation. This is who we are, what we stand for, and where we're going.

Get to know us

One family. One name on everything.

Jordan Acres is our family name, and it is on everything we build. Tyler builds and runs the businesses, working primarily with high-income earners and short-term rental operators to make more money, increase profitability, and scale. Madison has spent 20 years around children, as a teacher, an au pair, and a mother, and now helps mothers everywhere raise capable, confident kids.

Here is how it all connects. We build businesses that make real money. We pour that money into experiential real estate that grows in value and gives us spaces to gather and make memories. And we do every bit of it for one reason: to raise a strong, capable next generation and leave behind something worth inheriting.

We don't chase trends. We don't do anything halfway. We build things that last, and we put our name on them.

The legacy we're building
Tyler and Madison Jordan

Three pillars, in order.

The engine funds the investment. The investment serves the purpose. Everything we do moves in that direction.

Pillar 03 · Impact

The purpose. We're raising the next generation.

This is the why. Every business we build and every acre we buy points back to one goal: raising strong, capable, confident kids, ours and everyone else's. Madison leads this work.

Raising Jordans

Madison helps mothers raise capable, confident kids, drawing on 20 years in childcare, teaching, and motherhood. She shares it through her socials, her book, and her online training.

Two words. One standard.

Be great.

It's the standard behind everything with our name on it. In business, in real estate, in how we raise our kids. We don't do anything halfway, and we never will.
